The Latest in Crypto Developments: Here’s What You Need to Know About Zero-Knowledge Proofs in 2023

January 5, 2023

A look into the future of developing technology for 2023.

  • There are more investments into ZKp’s and hope that there will be progress this year.
  • Improvements in ZK coding means 2023 could be a year where we see more privacy, security and better performing blockchain applications.
  • A few chains such as Mina, ZCash and Celo already utilize ZK technology. Yet they are limited to what they can do because none of them have full on-chain smart contract functionality.

Decentralization and public blockchains mean a system is very transparent, and therefore less private. We hope that consumer privacy will be more practical this year with improving Zero-Knowledge proofs.
