Brazil realizes the permanence of cryptocurrencies, tries to begin regulatory involvement for cryptos.
Brazil’s SEC is struggling to decide and define digital assets, securities, and what the roles of the central bank and SEC should be.
As of yet, the bill would not lead to SEC regulation of Cryptos.

Successful legislation would allow for the use of cryptocurrencies, clear language on what to do and not do, and set expectations for consequences of certain behavior.
